The idea for „FREEDOM IN YOUR HOUSE ARREST" came up during the time of the lockdown.
To think about the freedom to protect friends and family being a form of unfreedom is something we can all understand.
But how does it feel if you are unfairly deprived of it? Music helps a lot, but still ...
The ingredients of this song are a housy 90s groove, a heartrending voice (2LD teamed up with David Sladek) and lyrics that point out the simple everyday gifts of sun and positive thoughts. It has lightness without being meaningless.
